The complete line of care · Addis Ababa
Every school needs a nurse. Yours can have a whole health service.
LinkDoc runs your school's health service end to end — the nurse, the clinic room, the annual check-up for every student, mental health support, vaccination and emergency cover. One provider. One fee per student.
Why it matters
Some children are not struggling. They cannot see the board.
A child who cannot see, cannot hear, is in pain or is not sleeping does not learn — whatever the timetable says. Without screening, none of it is ever found, and the child is quietly marked down as a slow learner.
Vision and hearing
The two most common undetected barriers to learning, and the two most easily corrected. A pair of glasses can change a child’s entire school record.
Pain and sleep
Untreated dental pain and short sleep both destroy concentration. Neither shows up in a mark book, and neither gets mentioned by the child.
Chronic illness and absence
Uncontrolled asthma means repeated absence. The school sees an attendance problem. The cause is a health problem nobody has managed.
LinkDoc does not diagnose learning difficulties. It finds the health problems that look like them.
We screen every student, connect the findings to what teachers observe, and tell you where a health issue may be getting in the way of learning — so it can be checked properly. Never a conclusion about a child. Always a reason to look closer.
And then there is the day something goes wrong.
Most schools handle health as a set of problems nobody owns: a teacher improvises, the first-aid box is half empty, and no one has a record of which child is asthmatic — until an emergency reveals it.
What we install
Eight things we take off your desk
Select any one to see how it works.
What the parent receives
A real report, not a tick in a register
Every student is assessed across seven areas and more than seventy parameters. Within 72 hours their parent receives a digital report — colour-coded so they know instantly whether to do nothing, keep an eye, or see a clinician.
Findings flow into the student’s record, so next year’s assessment is a comparison, not a fresh start. Growth is tracked against WHO standards from the first visit.
Every finding gets a name and a date against it — who is doing something about it, and by when. We then follow it until it is closed. A screening that ends with a report is a leaflet; a screening that ends with a treated child is a health service.

What would this cost your school?
Two pockets, not one. The school pays for staff and the clinic room — what belongs to the school. Parents pay a per-child health fee for their own child's check-up and report, collected on your fee sheet, and your school keeps a share of it.
Move the sliders. No quotes, no waiting.
The four levels
Choose how far you want to go
Every level includes the annual assessment, the parent report and the health education programme. What changes is how much clinical presence sits on your campus.
Minimum one academic year. Schools under 250 students are best served by Assure, or by a nurse shared with a neighbouring school.
Partnership
Your school earns from this too
When parents choose to buy health products through LinkDoc — family subscriptions, vaccination campaigns, vision or dental programmes — your school receives a share of collected revenue, paid quarterly.
It costs the school nothing and requires no work beyond letting us speak to parents. The share rises with your service level, from 10% on Assure to 15% on Complete and Partner.
10–15%
of collected revenue on every parent product, paid to the school quarterly against invoice
Paid on collection
Never on invoiced amounts — so the school is never owed money that hasn't arrived
Documented, school-level
Invoiced to the institution, not paid to individuals. Clean for you, clean for us.
